The perfect power boost!

Juliet began teaching my daughter roughly 6 weeks before her GCSE exams began – she had come highly recommended to us, but I was still uncertain as to how much difference could be made at what was essentially the eleventh hour – anyway, we gave it a go and my goodness me, am I glad that we did. Juliet was incredibly good at communicating with my daughter, helping her to develop her own ideas and consolidate her learning, so as she felt secure in what she knew and how to share it in exam conditions. In August, my daughter gained an 8 in English Language and a 9 in English Literature and I know that the power boost given by Juliet's teaching in those final 6 weeks was a game changer!

I would give 6 stars if I could. Juliet's individual approach to students allows her to build strong personal relationships. My daughter was really invested in studying with her and went from struggling with 11+ mock tests to receiving an offer from one of the UK’s top ten independent schools (Godolphin and Latymer). My son also studied with Juliet three years ago and secured three offers from the same top-10 list. Both kids came from state primaries—those secondary choices wouldn’t have happened without Juliet. We are incredibly grateful for all the support and guidance Juliet has provided to our daughter over the past few years. Professional, open and reliable

Nothing but top marks from me for being professional, open and reliable. I approached Juliet in the middle of Year 5 to prepare my son for 11+ exams at London’s top selective schools. She accepted him only after an interview and assessment—no unrealistic promises. Her diagnosis of his level was detailed and accurate, and she set a concrete plan to tackle weaknesses. Monthly reports showed progress in maths, English, verbal and non-verbal reasoning. The result: offers from St Paul’s Boys, King’s College School and City of London Boys—despite English not being his first language. This would NOT be possible without Horsfall Education. Juliet and her team are devoted, professional, and communicate brilliantly with parents while motivating children. Pricing is very reasonable. As long as a child stays engaged, Juliet will help them reach their full potential.
